Kompendium - Beneath the Waves

Another surprise arrival - a CD copy of Kompendium's 'Beneath the Waves.' I didn't know much about it when I entered the competition, so I was just going off the name of it really. I was expecting sort of ethreal, relaxing sleep music. Some of the songs are like that, some of them are more old-school rocky, and some of them are just completely ruined by weird singing. Overall it was quite a mixed bag of stuff, some songs are better than others, but on the whole I found that none of the music was very 'emotive' and I got kind of bored. I don't think I will listen to it again.
